Terms and Conditions
Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Deliveries to
South Carolina require applicable sales tax (shopping cart handles this for
you). All Personal Checks must be mailed in, and funds cleared before
merchandise will be sent. International orders must be paid with secure funds
sent by mail (i.e., international money order, cashier's check, etc). We do
not accept international credit cards. E-mail for specific details.
Shipping:
Shipping will be added at the time of
purchase. Freight charges are automatically calculated in the shopping
cart. Orders received before 3:00 PM EST are usually shipped same day
depending on availability. ALL Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be
shipped the next business day, unless circumstances beyond our control dictate
otherwise. In the event of a back order, you will be contacted by email or
phone with the details. Please provide current contact information when
filling out the order form. Any refused or undeliverable packages returned
to our shipping warehouse will have return freight in the same amount of
out-going freight deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise.
Most tire orders are wrapped, tagged and shipped rather than boxed.
Availability: Our buyers do
their best to ensure adequate inventory levels, but product availability is
subject to prior sales. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable, we
make every effort to substitute a like or similar item for the same price,
subject to customer approval.
Pricing: All prices are
subject to change without notice. TreadMountain reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless specified, prices are for tire only, wheel is not included - picture is for clarity.
Warranty: Tires are covered
by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Return Policy: We offer a 30 day
money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied,
email us and we will refund or exchange your purchase subject to the following
guidelines:

Customer
must obtain Return Materials Authorization from
CustomerService@TreadMountain.com prior to returning merchandise.

Returns
without a Return Materials Authorization will not be accepted.

We will
refund the purchase price of the product only.
·
We cannot
restock used or mounted tires. Therefore, tires that have been mounted,
run on the road, or put into service are not eligible for refund.

Customer
pays shipping on all returned merchandise.
·
Shipping
charges will not be refunded.
·
Any
refused or undeliverable packages returned to our shipping warehouse will have
return freight in the same amount of out-going freight deducted from the credit
of the returned merchandise.
Liability: We are not
responsible for typographical errors. All sales are made and governed
under the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute that may arise
must be initiated and remedied in a court of law, in the State of South
Carolina.
